Geri has asked that members attending come by motorbike as "he would love to see the bikes".
It is with great sadness that I inform you that Mike passed away peacefully at 8pm Sunday. Mike was a keen motorcyclist for many many years and a very early member of the Ulysses Club. He had a long battle with cancer but continued riding until late last year.

I've just had a call from Mike's wife Geri and she asked me to let his many friends know of his current condition. Mike is now in a coma and he has very little time left. He is comfortable and peaceful. Only family are allowed to visit now.
I visited Mike in the Austin Hospital today. Unfortunately he wasn't' well enough to have visitors. He is gravely ill at the moment. If you want to pay a short visit a phone call to the hospital before going would be a good idea.
