After a sultry start and an ominous forecast we had a dry ride to Flinders
Another beautiful day brought a good number out and we even had a variety of ride leaders after Alf managed to get a puncture. The ever reliable Bill arrived with compressor to save the day. How's that for taking tail end duties seriously!
The beautiful weather brought out a great mix of faces from the past, regulars and some new faces

A great night of camaraderie was enjoyed by all who attended.
There was a great turn out of participants for Theo's ride in pleasant weather.
There was a very good turn out of Very Special Kids and their families who enjoyed the events and rides. Many thanks to all who made it possible for these kids and families to enjoy their day.
A great time was had by all those who attended the Odyssey.

Over a dozen hardy (or foolish?) people met at Lilydale in good weather but quite a few were worried about that forecast for thunderstorms.
Thank you to the Geelong Branch for hosting this great initiative. They are already planning for next year at a warmer time of year.

After a very foggy and grey start it turned into a beautiful day for a ride. Apologies for lack of photos at Lilydale. It was too foggy!
A total of 28 people participated this year for some great roads, camaraderie with the weather much kinder than may have been expected.
Some national Committee members visited us for our Friday social night. A night of camaraderie and the exchange of some disgraceful lies was enjoyed by all.
A well planned route and great weather led to a great turnout.
Despite overcast skies and cool temperatures we had a totally dry ride and even got to buy some mussels off a boat which were enjoyed for dinner.

As this was the last weekend on which I could take a ride while I was in my "50's", my sons and nephew combined with a couple of mates and dragged me through the alpine country of NSW and Victoria for a three day ride.
